1. About us

Nexar Academy is operated by Workflow Labs AB, a Swedish limited company (company reg. no. 559584-1726, VAT no. SE559584172601). Address: Lingonstigen 1, 312 60 Mellbystrand. Contact: operations@nexar.se, +46 72 039 74 17.

In these terms, "we"/"us"/"Nexar Academy" refers to the company above, and "you"/"user" refers to anyone using the platform or purchasing a service.

2. Services we offer

Nexar Academy offers two main services:

• 1-1 Mentorship — personal mentorship over three (3) months with a fixed one-time fee, regulated through a separate mentorship agreement signed by both parties.
• Academy (subscription) — access to digital courses, tracks and material via monthly subscription (multiple tiers) or included in 1-1 Mentorship. Current prices are always displayed on the relevant purchase page.

3. Account and registration

An account is required to use the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

4. Payment

• Mentorship: One-time fee per the specific agreement signed by both parties. Payment is made via the payment link provided after signing. The mentorship starts when payment is confirmed.
• Academy subscription: Monthly card billing. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your account. The fee is charged in advance for each period.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change — changes are announced at least 30 days in advance for ongoing subscriptions.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

See our separate refund and withdrawal policy for full details. Summary:

• Mentorship: By signing the agreement and starting the service you consent to immediate commencement and waive your right of withdrawal to the extent the service has been performed. If you end the mentorship early, the fee is not refunded.
• Academy subscription: 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish consumer law for new subscribers. You may cancel the subscription at any time and it ends at the end of the current period.

6. Access to material

During an active subscription or mentorship you gain access to courses, playbooks and materials. This material is protected by copyright and belongs to Nexar Academy. You may use it for your own development but may not copy, distribute or resell it.

7. Expectations and results

All material and mentorship is advisory. Results vary depending on your effort, choices and market conditions. Nexar Academy does not guarantee specific financial results or income. You remain responsible for decisions regarding your business.

8. Conduct

You agree to:

• comply with Swedish law and good practice,
• not distribute or resell Nexar Academy's materials,
• respect other students and the mentor in community contexts,
• not use the platform for illegal activities or spam.

In case of repeated or serious violations we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately, without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

Nexar Academy provides the services "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service during the last 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. As a consumer you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
